What to expect...

I will...
* Show up on time, probably really early!
* Be as happy as you are to be there!
* Bring the love of my life, my wife (not always but as much as possible)!
* Take requests, after all it is your day!
* Stay out of the way!
* Take beautiful, creative and fun photos!

I will not...
* Pose every shot, I may go all day and not pose a single image.
* Become agitated by any guests and their photo requests.
* Panic...even if it rains. Heck, I am waiting on rain and a couple who will go out and capture some amazing moments.

You should...
* Go throughout your day and do your thing. Don't pay attention to me, I will be there.
* Be completely in love and not afraid to show it. Those moments of uninhibited love are why I love my job. Capturing those moments and perserving them forever.

Michelle and Troy quickly became one of my favorite clients of all times at their engagement session last month and their wedding confirmed exactly what I felt. They are truly an amazing couple, so full of love and fun! All day we had a blast and they were up for everything!

The details where truly amazing and Jesus from Raining Roses provided some of the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen!

March 8, 2010 Engagements

I wasn’t sure if this session was ever going to take place, after three cancelled sessions due to the strange weather we were receving here in Florida, and knowing that their wedding was in April, I was getting a bit worried. We scheduled the engagement session on a day that we thought would perfect and wouldn’t you know it, it was cold and soooo windy!

I was a bit worried that we would have to reschedule again but Melissa was ready to roll, whether or not the weather was ideal. In the end, it was probably one of the funnest engagement sessions I have done and the pics turned out amazing!

Earlier this year we were so happy to have been given the 2010 Bride’s Choice Award, well exactly one month later and we received some more great news. We have been accepted to Modern Photographers! This is huge, we are among only 13 other photographers from Gainesville to Okeechobee and from Tampa to Cocoa Beach to receive this. In order to become a member, you must be voted in by your peers and the voting is based on your business practices and your technical ability.

This is has been an amazing start to 2010, can’t wait to see what else the year brings!
